Ingredients:
Sliced Sweet Potato
Sunflower Oil
Cherry De-Lite Cherry Pie Filling
Cool Whip
Cherry De-Lite Cherry Sprinkles
Cherry De-Lite Cherry Chutney
Direction:
Cut sweet potato into 1” ring slices, coat each ring with oil, grill direct heat 5-8 minutes each side.Top each slice with Cherry De-Lite Cherry Pie Filling and a spoonful of Cool Whip then shake Cherry De-Lite Cherry Sprinkles and serve right away... for a great sweet potato side-dish, top grilled potatoes with Cherry De-Lite Cherry Chutney and serve..
