Cherry De-Lite Molton Lava Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter

2 eggs

3 egg yolks

¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

6–8 tablespoons Cherry De-Lite Cherry Pie Fill
- Butter and cocoa powder (for preparing ramekins)
Step-by-step instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

Generously butter 6–8 ramekins, then dust with cocoa powder, tapping out excess.

Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth. Let cool slightly.

In a bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt until thick and pale.

Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then gently fold in the flour until just combined.

Divide half of the batter evenly among the ramekins.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of Cherry De-Lite Cherry Pie Fill into the center of each, then cover with the remaining batter.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft and jiggly.

Let rest for 1 minute, then invert onto plates or serve directly from ramekins.
