Let me start by saying that everything I received was delish. I ordered a Holiday Deluxe Gift Box but received the Family Deluxe Gift Box. No cherry syrup or preserves, which I needed for a party I was hosting. I immediately called the 800 number and explained my situation . The woman on the phone sent me the syrup and preserves, which I received in time for the party. Now that’s great customer service! Thank you!!!
