Tart Cherry Glaze Salmon

Ingredients:

1 cup Cherry De-Lite 100% tart cherry juice

1/4 cup Cherry De-Lite Cherry Syrup (optional, for deeper flavor)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1 lb salmon fillet

Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or chipotle pepper for a smoky kick
Instructions:-
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces by nearly half and thickens.

Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate for about 1 hour to thicken further.

Preheat oven to broil. Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Broil for 8 minutes, then brush with the glaze.

Return to oven for 1–2 more minutes until the glaze caramelizes.

Serve with extra glaze on the side.
